2. Subject of the contract

TeamDocks analyses Counter-Strike 2 match demos and provides statistics, ratings and related analytics. The free tier is available without payment. The Premium subscription unlocks the additional features listed on the Plans page at the time of purchase.

TeamDocks is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

3. Price, term and cancellation

  • Premium costs €5.00 per month, including VAT. For customers outside Germany the VAT rate of their own country applies; the total price shown at checkout is what is charged.
  • The subscription has no minimum term. It renews monthly until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, in Settings – no email, no form, no reason required (§ 312k BGB).
  • After cancellation your account reverts to the free tier. Your analysed matches and statistics remain.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise this right, you must inform us (Marcello Grunow
Steinstr. 35c
25364 Brande-Hörnerkirchen
Deutschland, marcello.grunow03@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. When you subscribe you are asked to expressly request that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356(5) BGB). If you do not give that consent, access begins after the 14-day period has elapsed.

Model withdrawal form

To: Marcello Grunow, Steinstr. 35c, 25364 Brande-Hörnerkirchen, Germany — marcello.grunow03@gmail.com I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service: Ordered on (*)/received on (*): ____________________ Name of consumer(s): ____________________ Address of consumer(s): ____________________ Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____________________ Date: ____________________ (*) Delete as appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use TeamDocks to harass, defame or target individual players.
  • Do not scrape, resell or bulk-redistribute our analysis.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent access controls or rate limits.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these rules. Where a paid subscription is suspended for cause, remaining prepaid time is refunded pro rata.

6. Nature of the analysis — no cheat accusation

Trust scores, statistical flags and AI-assisted assessments are automated estimates, not findings of fact. They are not official Valve determinations, they carry no legal or contractual consequence, and they can be wrong. Nothing on TeamDocks should be read as an assertion that a named person has cheated. See the AI transparency notice.

7. Availability and liability

TeamDocks depends on third-party sources (Valve's game coordinator, Steam, Leetify, FACEIT). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted match can be analysed — Valve deletes match demos from its replay servers after roughly 31 days, and a demo that is no longer retrievable cannot be processed.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may amend these terms for valid reasons (legal changes, changes to the service). You will be informed of material changes at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before they take effect. German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
